Dr. Maneesha is a qualified Physiotherapist with over 9 years of experience in her stride. Her strong interest in supporting Women's health led her to pursue further specialization in the subject. She has been working closely with pregnant women extending assistance for a healthy pregnancy with pre and post natal fitness solutions, birth education /preparation & lactation support. She has also supported many mothers and babies to overcome the different phases and challenges of breastfeeding. Her most notable role has been as an adept labor support specialist (doula). She maintains great composure, and is well informed of the nuances that go into supporting a woman enduring the stress of labor cramps.

She is currently associated with HerWellness - a team dedicated towards complete women's health and wellbeing solutions since July 2018. Her positive attitude, ability to motivate and establish a good rapport with patients helps her to provide an all-round assistance ensuring physical, mental and emotional wellbeing for her patients. She works with enthusiasm and dedication which is always paid off by the positive feedback received from her clients.
