Dr. Dwarika Prasad Pande, MBBS, DCH, DNB(Paediatrics) is an eminent clinician with over 35 years of rich experience of the paediatric domain. He has had a successful tenure as the director, health planning for the Indian Railways and other top administrative positions in his illustrated career.
